PAPER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION
- The presentation should be in PowerPoint mode as attached slide
- The number of slides shouldn’t exceed 10.
- Keep the background of your presentation in light color with an easily readable font in dark color.
- Time allotted is 8 min for presentation and 2 min for Q&A.
- You are requested to get your presentation in pen drive and upload it before 8 am on the day of presentation.
- Usage of personal laptops will not be permitted.
- No changes will be allowed to be made to the presentations once the presentation has been submitted.
- Kindly check if all videos in the presentation are running once you submit the presentation at the podium computer station.
- Selection for awards is underway and participants shall be intimated accordingly.
Participation certificate will be issued only to the presenter and co-authors who have registered for the conference.

POSTER INSTRUCTION
Your poster will be displayed on all 3 days (9-11 October, 2026) in the poster lobby. Your poster will be judged for the award poster and you will have to briefly present it Infront of the judges on the date and time which will be informed to you later.
The entire poster can have a maximum size of 4 ft high x 3 ft wide (DIN A0 PORTRAIT style). The poster does not necessarily have to fill the entire working area.
Material to attach the posters to the poster walls is available at the poster counter in the poster area. We strongly recommend light paper posters rather than fabric or heavy weight paper posters, to make sure that posters don’t come off the walls.
For the font of your poster, it is recommended to use large, semi-bold letters, at least 5 mm high. The text should be easily legible from 2 - 3 m. Poster number should be mention on left top corner of poster (It will be shared later).
Poster authors are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding the poster presentation at the bottom of their poster. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the poster.
Meanwhile, you also have to send your poster in PDF format not later than date________ at mail address __________________ (Maximum file size: 5 MB)
